Jean Hailes Women's Health Week

Jean Hailes for Women's Health is a national not-for-profit dedicated to empowering women across Australia to enjoy their best health and wellbeing at every life stage. This Women's Health Week, Jean Haile is highlighting the theme of Do it Anyway, which is all about taking small steps towards your health.

The main focus on this week was broken to:
|
- Fuel- nutrition information, simple food habits, and expert insights
- Move- how we can move our bodies in a way that is enjoyable, comfortable, and safe
- Rest- focusing on sleep health, and all the factors that can impact our sleep
- Breathe- mental health is just as important as physical health
- Connect- the importance of friends, family, community groups
