Hi Everyone,

August is nearly upon us as we are now very much in the second half of the year! With Spring around the corner, August is a great month for new activities, experiences, and focusing on our health.

This month we are focusing on Active August, an Act Belong Commit Initiative that focuses on how we can stay active, not just physically active but culturally, mentally, spiritually, and socially active.

We are also celebrating BodyKind August, an initiative by the Butterfly Foundation to support body image in young people and adults.

We have a few programs beginning in August that we would love to highlight! These are:
  • HEAL Program
  • Chair yoga
  • Pool movement
To stay connected to our programs, you will need to attend your free health consult every 2 months.

Kind regards,

CHLS team
