This newsletter we are highlighting two important resources on pain and bone health. Managing pain can become overwhelming without the right support, and looking after our bone health can be a good way to reduce musculoskeletal pain such as arthritis and osteoporosis.

Dietitian Services at CHLS Update

There have been recent changes to our Dietetic Service.
|
We would like to acknowledge and thank Hardy Nutrition Dietary Consulting for providing a wonderful dietetic service and ongoing support. Going forward, our free dietetic service will be provided directly through CHLS. This change allows us to continue providing free dietetic support to our clients as part of our service.

If you currently have an upcoming appointment with Hardy Nutrition, a member of our team will contact you directly to discuss the changes and your options.

PainHEALTH has been developed through the Department of Health, Western Australia, in collaboration with Curtin University, the University of Western Australia and the Musculoskeletal Health Network.
|
The aim of the website is to help and support people living with musculoskeletal pain in the management of their pain, health and wellbeing.
|

- Complex Regional Pain Syndrome

Finding Fitness is a gym-based group exercise program consisting of:

- Two exercise sessions a week over 6-weeks supervised by an Exercise Physiologist.
- It is an introductory gym program designed to give you the confidence to engage in gym-based exercise.
- Referral limit of once per year.

Program dates: 7.09.2026- 19.10.2026 (Mondays and Thursdays)

Cost: $12 for 6 weeks- $1 per session

A gentle, full-body workout that builds strength, balance, and flexibility suitable for all fitness levels.
